Hello. Welcome to my flat. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, and welcome to Tenby with its wonderful beaches and town. I'm from Tenby, and was blessed to have an opportunity to buy a property within the town walls. You will be amazed at its location - the beaches are a few minutes walk away, there are countless numbers of restaurants, cafes, snack shops, bars and pubs etc. Also you have the fantastic bakery, Loafley, just down the road - don't forget to try their Welsh Cakes - Pice ar y maen - the pound shop if you run out of equipment 30 seconds walk away, and charity shops galore. Keep an eye out for what's on at the De Valence - just up the road. Avoid Lollies if you're on a diet! The Harbwr pub is fantastic - lots of different nooks and crannies, locally brewed beer and great food. Go into Equinox just opposite - a Tenby institution. Talking about institutions, then if you fancy a splash, then go to Plantagenet House, a fantastic restaurant, and the Quay Rooms underneath. Don't forget Dales Records, one of the only surviving independent record shops in Wales. On the North Beach there is the Outer Reef Surf School - go paddle boarding and discover your inner zen! Tenby museum is great, especially if its a dull day. You can get the bus and train to to other lovely spots such as Saundersfoot and Pembroke - enjoy its castle. Finally a special mention for Cofion, the bookshop just down the steps by Plantagenet House. The owner is called Albie. You won't be able to fit in here as there are too many books, but he does wonderful work for the community, and helps people out when they are at their lowest ebb. Support him and buy a book.
