The Annex is located within the original grounds of the former church of Scotland manse it was completed in 2014 with a south facing location it boasts views over Roslin Glen . With a modern interior it is well appointed and comfortable with all modern facilities including super fast Wi-Fi. Overlooking the private gardens to the front french doors open up to a south facing sitting area for morning coffee and the rear courtyard provides a secluded area to sit and watch the sun set . The Annex provides an unique opportunity to relax and unwind in this tranquil location with direct city links by local buses into the city center in around 30 mins.

Located 30 mins south of the city center Roslin is located on the famous river Noth Esk , the village boasts local world heritage sites of Rosslyn Chapel & Castle ,Hawthornden castle and the remains of the gun power mills located in the glen nature reserve . Locally within walking distance we have an excellent restaurant / bar / lounge and cafe serving fresh food and refreshments. Local amenities include a supermarket , cash machine, post office ,chemist ,library and doctors surgery.
