The large sitting room has an open fireplace along with wide doors opening to the garden, and French doors into the dining area. The kitchen-dining room is light, bright and fantastically equipped with every appliance and utensil you might need, and again opens onto the garden through bifold doors. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and dryer, along with a cloakroom and secure covered storage for bikes and beach wear. Also downstairs is a playroom with big sofa, Smart TV, PlayStation 4, DVD player and a selection of games – a great hang-out for the kids. Upstairs are four large bedrooms; the master with super king bed, Juliet balcony and en-suite shower, two further double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The large garden is a superb space to relax, with bountiful seating on the patio, a BBQ and generous stretch of lawn. LOCAL AREA: The pretty village of Rustington is on the doorstep, with a fine selection of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. A large Waitrose is just around the corner. The beach is only a 5-10 minute level walk, where you can stroll freely in either direction. The house and beach are both dog friendly so you can enjoy the seaside with the whole family.
