The property is all on 1 level, with great views across the surrounding area towards the sea in the distance, in a very picturesque part of South Devon. We have 1 parking space on the driveway, with plentiful street parking if you have a second vehicle. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 singles which can be joined to make another king size bed. The property also has a fully fitted kitchen and very light lounge with an additional sunroom.
The property has been in the family since it was first built, and is cared for by our family who can be available should you have any problems.
East Prawle is a village in the South Hams, South East of Salcombe and very near the most Southerly tip of Devon, Prawle Point. This means that for those of you who like hiking and beautiful walks, the SW coast path is on your doorstep! The very quirky, eccentric and quite frankly AMAZING pub, The Pig’s Nose Inn is withn walking distance. You can also walk to your nearest beach, Lannacombe (which is a hidden gem!) in about 30 minutes. Your well positioned though to explore all the beaches of this amazing coastline, as well as the towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, whilst also being able to escape the hussle and bussle of those towns!
