Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom house, located in the heart of Swansea. With a fresh, open feel, our home is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring the city. The house boasts two comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, with the remaining two bedrooms on the third floor. All of our rooms are cosy and inviting, and come equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Smart TVs and plenty of storage space. Our main bedroom offers stunning views of the bay, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The house also features two bathrooms, one on each floor, so there's no need to queue for the shower in the morning. Our spacious kitchen and dining area is perfect for cooking up a storm, with all the necessary amenities provided. Whether you're travelling with family or friends, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind in our comfortable living room. Please note that parking is available in the pay and display car park opposite the house. While it's not on-site, it's conveniently located and offers secure parking for your vehicle. We can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful home! **Please note** This cottage is located on Mumbles Road where the volumes of traffic can vary.
