There are three rooms at this property and it is a house share, meaning the living room, kitchen, garden and the bathrooms are shared between all guests. If you wish to book more than one room, then please ensure you choose to purchase 2 or 3 rooms when booking. If you wish for another guest to stay in your room with you, then there is an extra fee, please do get in touch with me. If you wish to park your car in my driveway during your stay, you can message me and reserve my driveway for a small fee. I will then be able to block that off for you and arrange for payment. Please note that there is parking outside the house but you may need to move your vehicle every couple of hours to avoid paying any fees and I would advise you to check on the latest guidance on the board outside.

I currently occupy the building myself alongside a family member on the top floor. I will be on hand should you have any questions. You can text and call me. I work 9 to 5 on most days during Mondays and Fridays so please bear with me and my responses.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are close to Manchester Piccadilly and Oxford Road stations. We are also next to the O2 Apollo arena and Manchester University. We are close to amenities with two small supermarkets within 1 minute of walking - Tesco fuel station and GoLocalExtra. There is a selection of small restaurants ranging from burgers and pizzas to Chinese food. Bus 192 takes you straight into town into Piccadilly gardens or walk for 15 mins. Please note that I work full time everyday and sometimes I work from home, so I would appreciate if we can keep the noise level down.
