We moved to London from Canada in 1997 and it is our favourite city in the whole world. We lived in Bayswater for many years and love coming back to the area for the buzz, the restaurants, the proximity to everything great that London has to offer. We love this flat for its location, space and style. We visit often with our kids and never tire of strolling through Hyde Park to feed the ducks, or hopping on the bus or the tube to explore 'our' city.

"The flat is beautiful and moments away from Hyde Park so it's no wonder it's so frequently booked" (Zack, Producer, House Hunters International, March 2020). Family-friendly, our spacious, stylish and comfortably appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is less than one block from Hyde Park and 10 mins walk to Notting Hill. The flat is arranged over 2 floors - ground and lower ground and of a converted Victorian townhouse, located in Bayswater, W2. It is just moments (walking) from Hyde Park, Kensington, Notting Hill, and 2 underground stations - Queensway (Central line) and Bayswater (Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines). It is 2 blocks from Queensway and the famous Whiteley's Shopping Centre (undergoing a major redevelopment) and tubes, buses, bicycle hire, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and bars are also just moments away. There is no better location in London to base yourself to access all the major sites and amenities that you need. You can walk to Notting Hill in less than 10mins and Hyde Park is less than a minute away! The shopping districts of Oxford Street and Bond Street are just 3 tube stops or a short taxi ride away.

Bayswater is well known for its close proximity to London’s greatest green space, Hyde Park, boasting a palace, lake and horse riding stables and all in Zone 1! Bayswater is located in Central London in Zone 1 with Notting Hill to the west, Paddington to the east and Kensington to the south. The property is less than a block, or 1 minute walk to Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, the Diana Memorial Playground, the Albert Memorial and all the wonderful walking and running trails of Hyde Park. It is well connected with 2 tube stations, many bus stops, taxi ranks and close to Paddington rail station. Bayswater is historically famous for London’s first department store Whiteleys (which is currently undergoing a massive redevelopment), and for having the highest concentration of hotels in London. The architecture here is among some of the most impressive in London, with grand white stucco terraces and garden squares. There are many varied restaurants, pubs, shops and food stores a short distance from the flat - along Queensway, which is a 4 minute walk away, and in the buzzing neighbourhoods of Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill, which are less than 10 mins walk.
