Breakfast was not provided but this was reflected in the cost and suited us as there is a wonderful cafe a stones throw from the cottage that did a full breakfast, which is what we like on holiday. We did not want to self cater. Elaine could not have been more helpful and showed us round the town and introduced us to people and recommended places to eat and visit. The facilities were beautiful and everything provided for our comfort including a robe and slippers and welcome items such as milk, orange juice and butter. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a wonderful place to stay p and right by the beach too.

Very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The owners were very helpful (allowing us to drop our bags in early before check-in time, but also after check out, so we could go kayaking). The property had everything you need... and more; the bottles of eater and Emma's Cakes were a huge bonus, one we were grateful for during our hike around St Martins. The use of space was exceptional, and the ability to fold the bed up so you can watch TV was a great idea. Sitting on the leather couch with some cake and a beer while watching a movie was the perfect end to a very busy day.
