Key Features: - 3 storey 4 bedroom home. - Downstairs has a beautiful open plan kitchen / diner with patio doors leading to a private patio and rear garden. - The first floor has a large lounge with feature sofa, that can easily accommodate a large group and a flat screen TV. There are also 2 double bedrooms for 4 guests and a modern shower room. - The top floor has two double bedrooms and both have en suites. - Bed sizes for the 4 bedrooms are as follows: 2 bedrooms have King Size Zip & Link beds that can be split into singles on request. The remaining 2 both have standard double beds. - The kitchen has everything you need for your self catered stay: dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave kettle and toaster as well all the essentials you'll need to cook and cater with. - Dining table for 8 guests. - Each floor has stair guards to safeguard small children. - We welcome pets (additional charges apply) - Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. - We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee & sugar along with. - Crisp white bed linen provided along with 2 pillows per guest. - 1 bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. - Two bedrooms have beds that can be split apart into single. As standard they will be made up as King Size doubles. We need 2 days notice if single beds are required.
