Our property is located on a quiet road in Norwich city center and comes with a private hot tub and cinema screen. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Offering two king-size beds and a double bed, the property is a perfect match for professionals or those seeking a weekend getaway. House rules, 200 GBP fine for each rule broken: - No Pets - No smoking (300 GBP fine) - No drugs - No fires - No parties - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking at any time unless pre agreed - No unauthorised late check-out or early check-in - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys will result in a house rule being broken - Additional cleaning fee for BBQ use - No “loud” music to be played outside - Leaving the hot tub in unfit state/misuse - All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk.
