Welcome to our beautiful Palm Tree Retreat. Nestled between lakes and mountains, only 8 miles to the coast, with some of the best Welsh mountain bike routes nearby, this is an ideal location for group vacations. Full renovation completed April 2024, this campus sits on over 4 acres of grounds, with full disabled access and parking for over 20 vehicles. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a three fridges, two catering size gas ranges, two huge ovens, kettles, four chest and one upright freezers and a microwave. The dining room seats up to 80 in comfort. There is a relaxed lounge bar a bar are and a hip chill lounge with brand new full size Table Tennis and Air Hockey tables. There is also a spinning bike. Most rooms have bunk beds, closet, chest of drawers and a sink. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and Starlink internet access. This house has 21 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 67. In the first bedroom, you will find 2 single beds. In the next bedroom, there is 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
