I have two Beautiful, Spacious Double Bedrooms available to offer in a stylish, modern newly built development within walking distance From Hayes and Harlington station (6 minute walk to Elizabeth line). 22 minutes from Bond Street. The flat is furnished and it has all the amenities required in the kitchen, bathroom and living room, Including dining table, sofas and very large TV in the living room, All the kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven etc) Amazing central heating system, Super fast broadband. Bedroom : Brand new Wooden Ottoman Double Bed with Storage and brand new Mattress. two bed side tables and a wardrobe included in for the room makes it completely ready for you to move in. double glazed windows, new set of curtains to make it sound proof. Bright and airy room with a big window with a radiator. Brand new carpets installed you will have your own brand new stylish modern Bathroom and toilet to access just outside your room. this bathroom will only be used and shared by you and another Tennant living at the flat already . I must mention that I have a very friendly dog who lives in the property, he sleeps in the landlords room, he never enters the tenants' rooms, however he does spend time in the living room during the day and evening. You will have access to terrace located in the living room.
laid back and respectful towards your personal space. I enjoy playing football and working out in the gym, also socialising watching movies and listening to music in pare spare time. I must mention that I have a very friendly dog who lives in the property, he sleeps in the landlords room, he never enters the tenants' rooms, however he does spend time in the living room during the day and evening.
The place is close to Heathrow airpot, Brunel University, University of West London with access to many Shops nearby (huge Asda and Lidl) and in a vibrant and growing area yet further enough from the hectic part of town.
