On the ground floor, you will find: - A full equipped kitchen, including a fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine with dryer, complimentary tea/coffee and cooking utensils. - An open plan cosy living space, with a 40” smart TV as well as a dining area for dinner with friends and family. The smart 4K TV provides access to Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, 4oD and ITV, where you can enjoy all your favourite movies and TV shows. - A comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two - A nicely styled toilet/cloakroom On the first floor, you will find: - Bedroom 1: Furnished with a super king bed with a pocket sprung mattress for a good night's rest, which can be converted into 3ft twin beds for an additional charge of 12GBP to cover the additional laundry, ironing and clean costs.
