The building itself is Victorian so has a lot of character. Natalie and Nick will make you feel at home on arrival. They have two children, one of which is always around with a big smile. Well behaved pets are also welcome as Natalie and Nick have pets of their own that you might get to meet.

On your arrival you will be greeted by the proprietors Natalie and Nick Hancock, checked in and showed to your room after choosing what you would like from the menu for breakfast. We offer free WIFI throughout the guest house. Sunnydene is a family run establishment approximately 150 metres from the seafront and Waterways. It is situated within easy strolling distance of the town centre and all local amenities. Great Yarmouth has something for everyone! Miles of sandy beaches, bowling greens, horse and greyhound racing, stock car racing, cinemas, great shows, fun fairs, broads and river cruises and much much more. Our licensed bar is open every evening for your enjoyment or just relax in our comfortable TV lounge, the bar offers draught bitter, lager and cider as well as a good choice of canned beers and soft drinks. During your stay why not visit the Venetian Waterways, Boating Lake, Sea Life Centre, The Marina complex and the 2 Piers all located along Great Yarmouth's golden mile.
