We will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday, but the owner does live on-site, so is available if and when needed, I am also available for you as well.

Comprising of two bedrooms, both with en-suites, sleeping 4 adults comfortably and Set within a walled and fenced private garden area, and just over two miles from the golden sands of Ryde, Isle of Wight. Little Upton Farm stands on a gentle hill facing south, on a 100-acre working farm with ponds, birds and animals, and the most magnificent countryside views. Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG. You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (+ admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver, with both covering you for any accidental damage caused during your stay.

Little Upton Farm lies only 5 minutes by car from Ryde’s Town Centre with its marina, boating lake, children’s rides, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling Greens, as well as having many international restaurants, pubs, cafés, boutiques, and antique shops. Something for everyone. Whilst the 6 miles of golden, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing in the summer and breath-taking embracing walks in the winter. There is no better way to start your day, than taking a brisk walk from Ryde to Seaview while watching the sun rise, then pop into a café in Seaview and walk home. There is a bus stop up the road at Upton Cross that goes hourly into town, where there are superb transport link all around the island.
