We have a great team of holiday cottage professionals who have lived in the area for a combined number of 60 years and are more than happy to share their knowledge and advice on where to explore, whether you are here for a holiday, working, or studying. We are here to look after you before, during and after your stay. We operate to high standards of property care. We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Our team is Cristina, Maddy, and Mandie (plus a platoon of housekeepers and handymen and women who keep our holiday cottages in tip top condition). Thames View is a four bedroom family home situated just ten minutes walk from the centre of Oxford city, just a few minutes walk away from the newly developed Westgate Shopping Centre in the heart of Oxford, but also has amazing views of the River Thames and parkland. The home is accessed through the ground floor and you are met with a downstairs family bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and study desk. Five stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the living-dining-kitchen area with easy chairs and a circular dining table with seating for up to eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with everything you would need for a long or short stay in Oxford, including all the chinaware and utensils you would need. Ascend another flight of stairs and you will find the first bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed, a bookcase and storage for your belongings. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed and wardrobe with hanging space for your belongings. Five stairs lead up to the family bathroom with a large bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. The living room is also located on this level with three comfortable sofas, wide screen TV and a small balcony allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and warmer weather. Bedroom three is located up another flight of stairs and is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bookcases and wardrobes with hanging space. Ascend stairs to find another bathroom featuring a shower, wash basin and WC. The fourth bedroom is located on this floor with a double bed, wide screen TV, storage for all of your belongings and a balcony with views of the River Thames and parkland. The home benefits from a private garden with patio area and parking for one vehicle, at the front of the property, parking for a second car or visitors is available in a paid car park only a 15 minutes walk away.

Thames View is situated in a stunning location just a few minutes walk from the city centre, but with fine views of green space and the River Thames. The home is in a quiet residential area with minimal road or city noise. There is the occasional noise from the ducks, geese and other birds making their way down to the river.
