Retreat to this unique Cornish hideaway nestled in a former Georgian mansion. The Captain's Lodge offers a unique, luxurious yet charming feel. The main bedroom, lounge and kitchen all enjoy far reaching estuary views. Located moments from Looe Valley train station with the beach only a short walk away. The lodge benefits from free parking for one vehicle. The perfect bolt hole to the enjoy the fine white sands, curling waves and restaurants Looe has to offer. Please note this property has stair access only.
Pretty as a picture, Looe is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with beautiful vistas of the tree lined hills, rivers, cliffs and beaches. The nooks and crannies of Looe play host to galleries, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops with a wealth of charm. Banjo Pier is a must for those travelling to Looe. From Looe you can join the coastal path and experience the specular Cornish scenery. A perfect base to enjoy the delights of Cornwall; The Eden project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are easily accessible by car from Looe.
The Captain's Lodge is around 350 ft (0.06 miles) to the Looe Valley Train Station. The nearest bus stop is closer still at 300 ft and you're welcome to use the free parking at the Captain's Lodge
