Property information

This self check- in 2 bedrooms firs-t floor flat. There are a double and one single bedroom and bathroom . It have 2 big TV with Netflix. It has own access and own dining kitchen with plenty of chairs and tables. It is suitable for short stay or long. it has new fitted kitchen with gas cooker wash basin , It has dining table , toaster , kettle, microwave ,. Small fridge. The flat is 3 mins driver to James Cook Hospital,, 5 mins walk to local shops and takeaways,with key box outside the door, the flat has a bath room with electric shower over bath. Suitable for NHS , working people . this is fist floor flat have share garden. The garden you can access from the back gate behind the house . from the house you turn left , then left to the asset behind the house there are plenty of parking space. If you booked the deal last minus please booked no later than 9pm on the day you arrival to leave Bookingcom have time to send me a letter then I can sent out key code for you to Check- in . If you booked only for two people pls do not used the second bedroom as to clean and change second bedroom I have to pay extra 25 pounds. If you used the second bedroom , pls leave 25 pound cash for us beofre you check out.
