Dear Guests,
Hello! My name is Laura, and I am the proud owner of Chichester Holiday Properties. We are a small, local, independent holiday rental company dedicated to providing exceptional service for our guests and property owners alike.
At Chichester Holiday Properties, we manage privately owned properties on behalf of their owners. You can find our properties listed on our page, and we also act as co-hosts for other property owners.
When staying at The Nest, you will experience personalised hospitality during your stay with Clare, the owner of the annexe, who resides in the property next door. Once you book, we'll request your email address if we don't already have it. Clare will then personally reach out to provide you with all the details you need for a delightful stay. Throughout your time with us, Clare will be on-site and ready to assist with any questions or needs you may have.
We are dedicated to safeguarding our properties and staying current with short-term rental regulations. As part of this commitment, we require all guests to undergo an independent verification process before your booking begins. You will receive an email and/or text message after booking with instructions on how to complete the verification process via a company called Superhog.
Please note that damage deposits may be required according to our terms and conditions. Once you have completed your verification process (detailed above) this will eliminate the need to pay a damage deposit. If you are unable to complete the verification process, a damage deposit will be requested in advance of your stay.
IMPORTANT: If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept same day bookings after 6pm.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to make a reservation. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our properties soon!
Warm regards,
Laura
