The River Ouse is also nearby, perfect for a leisurely riverside walk or boat trip. Being in the centre of York there is no need for a car, and we are a 10 minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car, we are able to offer a free digital parking permit in either the Bootham Row or the Union Terrace car park. Free on-street parking can also be found within a 10 minute walk in the Bootham area.

This spacious apartment has a fabulously designed open plan living, kitchen and dining room with a sumptuous velvet sofa and leather chairs, 43" Samsung Smart TV (with Netflix etc. Apps) and Sonos speaker for music streaming. The kitchen/dining area boasts a large quartz topped island lit by feature oak skipper ceiling lights and seats 4 guests comfortably with padded bar stools. An inset balcony, accessed from the main reception room, gives amazing southerly views of York Minster and, being sheltered from the elements, offers all year enjoyment and a beautiful space to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The artwork throughout the apartment are coloured linocut prints of some of the famous buildings of York by local artist Giuliana Lazzerini. There are two double bedrooms. It boasts views of the Minster and a door gives access to the balcony.
