Tori was fantastic, so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room and bathroom were a great size, spotless and had everything you would need for one night or more. We wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast was delightful and Tori catered for all dietary requirements. The view while eating breakfast is out of this world. Would definitely return and recommend. Directions to the place were really good and we found this place no problem.

The Wintergreen guest annex was built in 1850 and was once part of the grand Blair Atholl Estate (home of Clan Murray and Blair Castle). We launched our private guest accommodation so others could enjoy the property and the spectacular hillside views from the garden.

Wintergreen is private annex accommodation, only a few minutes’ drive from the charming town of Pitlochry, Scotland. Surrounded by mature woodland, this boutique guest retreat overlooks majestic Dunfallandy Hill, the winding River Tummel, and a glorious 1.2 acre garden. Wintergreen’s exclusive annex is accessed via a private guest front door in the historic part of the building. The accommodation features 1 master bedroom with a double bed, a generous walk-in dressing room, and a lovely private bathroom. It’s the place to come when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in peace. A delicious snack basket (containing breakfast bars, fruit, chocolates, tea, and coffee) can be found in the bedroom. Perfect for couples and singles. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, retail shops, and attractions in town. Free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

Pitlochry, and the surrounding Perthshire countryside, is abundant with incredible things to do and see including the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, the annual Enchanted Forest Light Show, Faskally Woods and Loch Faskally (where you can take a boat out on the water), Pitlochry Fish Ladder (see live salmon leap during breeding season), Pitlochry Golf Club, and a fine selection of restaurants, shops, and whisky distilleries. Further afield, enjoy the Cairngorms National Park, Loch of the Lowes Wildlife Reserve, Dunkeld town and cathedral, Blair Castle, Scone Palace, and more.
