These beautifully appointed and modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartments are located in a new-build residential building, benefiting from a balcony with stunning views over the marina view in the popular, Ipswich Waterfront area. The area is well served by bars, restaurants and cafes and it’s a short walk to the main town centre area and the business district, as well as ideally located for the main transport links (train, bus and coach depots and A14). The apartments have lots of natural light due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows and are furnished to a very high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. Each apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered secure car park. Access from the car park into the building is also via secure entry key fob. *Please note there is a height restriction of 1.95m and the spaces can only accommodate a large car (Range Rover size - no LWB vans unfortunately).

You will not be bored visiting Suffolk! The Waterfront area is iconic and is what makes Ipswich 'East Anglia's Waterfront Town'. This vibrant area of the town is alive with restaurants, cafes and bars; all perched on the water’s edge. A great place day and night; watch world-class dance at DanceEast, hop on an Orwell River cruise or simply soak up the atmosphere with a stroll along the quayside. Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.
