Recently renovated 4 storey Grade II-listed 18th Century Georgian townhouse with three double bedrooms on a popular seaside square in Margate Old Town. Tastefully decorated throughout with a calming mixture of bright and airy bedrooms and more contemporary open plan lounge and kitchen/dining areas, perfect for entertaining. A beautifully appointed walled garden finish off our cosy family house. 2 minutes walk from Turner Gallery and Margate Old Town's shops and restaurants.

Neighbourhood information

Trinity Square has become synonymous with Margates well-publicised rejuvenation and is the perfect hub to explore all of Margate's charm by foot, including The Old Town's bars, galleries, retro shops, restaurants and of course the miles of beaches. Situated within easy reach of the Turner Contemporary, the beach, Dreamlands and within close proximity to Margate train station with its high speed rail link to London St Pancras. Free parking right outside the house or paid parking very close
