Lovely terraced house on two floors located in a quiet area 10 minutes drive (6 minutes train ride) from city centre, 15 min walk from Goodison Park, 25 min walk from Anfield stadium and 7min train ride from Aintree Racecourse. My home will suit your needs for leisure or business
The location of the house is a typical Liverpool suburb. Locally you will find some shops, pubs and convenience stores to suit your requirements. There are many options available to get around the area and into Liverpool City Centre. You can use the Mersey rail train service which will only take 6 minutes to get to the city centre! The nearest station is Kirkdale 5 minutes walk from the house and trains run frequently into the city centre until 11.30pm. Using Mersey rail you can also easily reach the wonderful historic Chester and the Victorian seaside town of Southport. Bus services also available locally from the area. A short walk to the local bus stop will have you in the city centre within 20 minutes
