A 15-minute drive from Norwich city centre, Wayside B&B provides attractive bed and breakfast accommodation in the Norfolk village of Little Plumstead. Just a 1-minute walk from the village pub and restaurant, Wayside B&B offers free parking and Wi-Fi. Each guest room has a TV, fridge, and microwave as well as tea and coffee facilities. There is an en suite shower with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. A self-service continental breakfast is provided in the room. The local pub serves a wide range of food, including a full vegetarian and vegan menu. There is also an Indian restaurant within a mile of this guest house. Little Plumstead lies between the Norfolk Broads and Norwich, and around 5 minutes’ drive from the A47. City centre attractions including Norwich Cathedral, Anglia Square Shopping Centre and Norwich Castle are just over 6 miles away.

Our home is the result of many years of morphing to meet the needs of children and now guests. We are also collectors - local artists work bedeck the walls and shelves. Outside has a bit of a mediterranean feel as we have spent a lot of time in France. We have made all our rooms self-contained, with the continental breakfast provided within. Each room has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and all the facilities you need to make your own breakfasts.
We enjoy having people around - especially now the children have flown the nest. We both work mainly from home which makes it a pleasure to look after our guests. We and our dog, Archie, welcome your pets too. But please let us know in advance as we have one area that is pet free and the other is pet friendly.
Wayside is conveniently placed for the historical city of Norwich and its shops theatres and cinemas. It is also close to the Norfolk Broads and within easy reach of the coast. We have a great Gastro Pub immediately across the road with a very extensive menu including a long list of vegetarian and vegan meals. "Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the bar area". There is also a fine dining Indian restaurant less than a mile from us, as well as plenty of other village pubs all around.
