Westciti Caroco Aparthotel is situated in Croydon, 1.2 km from Boxpark Croydon. The property is a 13-minute walk from East Croydon train station which offers a direct link to London Bridge and London Victoria train stations. Free high-speed WiFi is available. All apartments in the hotel have fully-equipped kitchenettes with fridge/freezers, a microwave and cooking utensils. There is also a dining area and tea/coffee making facilities. Smart Check-in Process:- We will send contactless digital key information by noon on your arrival day by Text/Email. You can use this information and check in anytime after 2 PM. The reception is manned till late at night if you need any help with check-in. Check-out time is at 11 am, Late check can be arranged at extra cost and subject to availability.
Early Check-in:- You can arrive anytime after 9:30 AM on your check-in day and wait in our lounge area until your room gets ready or you can leave your luggage with us and come later. Check-in time starts at 14:00, Early check-in to the room can be arranged at extra cost and is subject to availability.
Parking :- We have free onsite parking which is available on a First come First serve basis and it is not guaranteed. Free street parking from 5PM-9AM Mon-Sat and Sunday free.
For group reservations of 3 or more rooms, a Non-refundable cancellation policy will apply.
We provide free once weekly cleaning and change of all linens and towels. Additional cleaning, linen, and towels are available at an additional fee.
Please note our buildings have multiple apartments which are different in shape and size and are on different levels. Please contact the property before if you have any specific requirements and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note all deluxe studio apartments have mini kitchens and are approx 20sqm. All our 1-Bed and 2-Bed apartments are equipped with fully furnished kitchens and they have a separate bedroom and open plan kitchen and living room and are located next door.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure or No show, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise and no visitors are allowed in rooms.

Construction is presently in progress in the backyard of the premises, resulting in the unavailability of parking spaces at the back of the hotel for the foreseeable future.
