The property commands stunning sea views from every one of its rooms and is located a mere 100 metres from the shore. It was fully refurbished to an impeccable standard last year and the showpiece living room is blessed with one of the most outstanding vistas on the west coast of Scotland. There is a fully-fitted kitchen and two impeccable bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The main bathroom has a newly-fitted bath and the ensuite has a shower. You can enjoy a meal in the living room while gazing at the nearby sea and the island of Arran, which can be reached by ferry. There is a secure double entry system at the property and plenty of free parking.
If you're a golfer, there are five courses in the town of Troon, including the internationally-famous Royal Troon, the venue for the 2016 British Golf Open, one of the most magnificent events on the world sporting calendar. The apartment is situated a short walk away from the highly-rated Scott's Restaurant and Marina, one of the most prestigious spots in the whole country. If you enjoy walking along the seafront, it will only take you 10 minutes to reach the centre of Troon and another fine selection of top-quality restaurants and bars, including Lido, Mackays and The Maharani. There is a sandy beach and a crazy golf course as well as all-year round watersports, such as kite surfing. Troon has its own cafe society, with a dozen or more classy establishments to choose from, as well as one dedicated to younger children. You are only one train stop away from Prestwick International Airport (Three minutes) and 15 minutes from Ayr and Alloway, the birthplace of Scoltand's most famous poet Robert Burns, who has a visitor centre dedicated to his works. Glasgow is 40 minutes by road and you are close to Girvan and Turnberry, where Donald Trump has just refurbished the golf resort
