Welcome to this cozy, Studio style apartment in a prestigious house almost at Rustaveli Av (main avenue of the capital), *5 minutes walk distance to Freedom Square and old City. *Two Marriott hotels, Radisson, Parliament, cinema, theatre, opera, parks, shopping mall, street shops, and restaurants in 500 meter radius. The address is Lesia Ukrainka Street. Elevator is available. Wifi is fast and stable. Easy Self check-in. My studio apartment is very ergonomically planned. It has a small kitchenette, bathroom, sleeping, and living areas with 1 double bed and foldable sofa bed. The apartment is nicely suited for one couple, two friends, or business travelers who want to wake up in the heart of Tbilisi. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped: with a mini fridge, washing machine, stove, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, pots, pans, and utensils. The bathroom features a separate shower box, toilet, and hair dryer. INCLUDED: Linen and towels, an iron and an ironing board, laundry rack, toilet paper, garbage bags, and soap. There is Wi-Fi and a SMART TV (no cable TV). You can use streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and others) The apartment contains all modern facilities to make your stay pleasant and easygoing.

There is a small shop on the ground floor of this building, my apartment is exactly on top of this shop, two white windows.
