The guest house is about 0.5 miles from the Senegambia Strip and that means only a 10-15 minutes walk. The property has a security guard who lives on the property. The number of guests will not be many since there are only a maximum of six rooms to rent.

The neighborhood is very safe and has very little traffic at nights. Since the property is close to Senegambia Strip and all the attractions in that area, it will save the guests taxi fare since they can walk back and forth many times during the day.
