Ensconced within a 200m2 plot of land, this cozy house complete with 30m2 outdoor infinity pool (1.40depth) and ample grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. The Residence promises a getaway less than ordinary, ideal for large groups that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some wonderful surroundings the island has to offer. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Air-conditioning is included & serves for heating purposes also No pets allowed Events are not allowed. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night.
