Beautiful location at the sea. Gorgeous views. Modern and comfortable villa. Excellent restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful hosts although better forewarning about the gardners would have been nice.

I was in the Vista House with my family (2+3). And everything was just perfect. The view of sea was incredible. The comfort of own hose on beach is something that you cannot compare with anything. The own sunset in your pool or breakfast on the terrace was amazing. We have also privet way to the beach. The closest town is Rethymno where You can meet good restaurant or buy somethin on farmers market on monday ;) We have rent car - so Chania, Heraklion , Konssos or Kissamos were not a propblem. If You can appreciate peace on beach and a luxury of own hose on beach it is the place for You. We surly be back....

We had e lovely stay at this beautiful villa directly by the sea. Sunsets were amazing! Everything was perfect and Dina was a nice host who helped us whenever needed. There is privat access to the sea and nice to swim, but bring bathing shoes because the rocks make the access difficult, espescially in windy weather. The area is nice with plenty og restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Many nice beaches too. We had a car and likes to make different tours in the area. Perfect with the filtered water, always cold and clean. It saved us-and the environment-for lots of plasticbottles. Kithen had everything we needed and outside there were several areas to relax in comfortable furniture. We hope to come back again!!

Big, clean, renovated house with a nice yard, new pool and a wild beach. You have everything you need. Dina is a wonder host, present, understanding and caring. She was there when we needed her. The beach is a hidden treasure. If you love clean water, beautiful sunsets and no people around, this is the place. We had a car for getting around and I would recommend renting a car because there are taverns in the hills with wonderful food, gorgeous view just 15 min by car. Rethymno is 15 min, Heraklion and Chania 50 min by car if you like shopping and old town sightseeing. The house is a dream. The first neighbors are farmers. Just remember to close the windows at night and the roosters are not going to wake you at 4 am. The stay was so relaxing. There is enough space for everybody. The house has a water filtration system so we didn't need to buy bottled water.

Alles war wunderbar, bei Ankunft gab es ein paar Snacks, aber der Laden war sehr nahe und wir hatten uns sehr schnell eingelebt und eingerichtet. Die Aussicht war fantastisch. Es gab im Meer grosse Felsen mit grosser Vielfalt an Meeresbewohnern die man beim Schnorcheln entdecken konnte. Es war sehr ruhig, sauber, gross und hat uns ab Ankunft wunderschöme Ferien bereitet.

Das Bella Vista House bietet mit seinem privaten Zugang zum Meer und einem Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt wird,, eine tolle Abwechslung, um zu jeder Uhrzeit eine kühle Erfrischung zu genießen. Die ausreichend vorhandenen Liegen am Pool und in Meernähe laden zum Sonnenbaden und zum Genießen der wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge ein. Das Haus selber bietet alles, das man zum Wohlfühlen braucht Hinzu kommt, dass Dina eine unglaublich fürsorgliche und herzliche Gastgeberin ist, der die Erholung ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.
