City Cave is a 40 square meter ground floor apartment, spacious, fully furnished and equipped facilities and up-to-date amenities, with a kitchen, an open-space bedroom, a bathroom and a small backyard, located in the heart of the city, in a quiet and picturesque neighbourhood, within walking distance to all the sights of the city. Ιt is suitable for 1 to 4 people, as it is composed of a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The certified water filter provides free drinking water. You could also wash your clothes in the washing machine, located at kitchen area. In the apartment, there are two smart TVs, 40'' and 32'', smart security system, solar/electric hot water supply, preset air conditioning with RFID card and a dedicated workspace. Our smart lighting system is here to provide you the best self-created conditions for your living. The exterior of the apt. and the main entrance of the building are fully monitored by a surveillance camera. With regard to people with disabilities, the topology of the apartment, regardless of the fact that it is an ground floor flat, there are some steps until you enter the building, as well as the interior of the apartment consists of different floor levels. In terms of parking, there are relatively free spaces on the street in front of the flat, with the exception of the controlled parking areas outlined in blue and yellow. Due to the central location, the occupancy of the free parking spaces depends on the peak hours in the centre. Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited due to local grid restrictions.

Quiet and picturesque neighborhood within the Venetian walls of the old town of Heraklion. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and mini-markets. Public transport in the city centre is located in the immediate vicinity, so you can reach it on foot. Most majority of the tourist attractions such as museums, Venetian walls, Lions square, Kazantzakis tomb, St.Minas, St.Titos, Venetian Loggia are just a few minutes away from our apartment. The apartment is 20 minutes by car from Nikos Kazantzakis airport and 15 minutes by car from Heraklion port. The nearby bus stops are the bus station "Agios Minas" (to be reached from the airport by bus lines 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 19 or 31 and from the port by bus lines 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 11 or 16), the bus station "Eleftherias Square" (to be reached from there by bus line 2 to Knossos) and the central bus station (KTEL) at Ikarou str. 9-13, from where you could reach the Cretaquarium, Rethimno, Chania, Agios Nikolaos and other destinations outside the city. The nearest cab station is located at Kornarou Square, just 5 minutes walk from the flat.
