This is a unique apartment, ideal for business professionals that want to be only few meters away from Kifisias avenue at heart of Marousi business center but also for families or couples who want to spend their time to one of the most elegant suburbs of Athens, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The space Eclipse Minimal is fully equipped and furnished, decorated with very expensive materials. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, washer, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The heating is autonomous air conditions and there is also a fireplace. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is Wifi and a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.

It is ideally located. It is next to in one small park in a quite green neighborhood but at the same time is steps away to Kifisias avenue and in the heart of Athens' business capital! All major hospitals like Hygeia, Athens medical Center Iaso but also Athens Olympic complex are only steps away
