ELMARA luxury residence is situated in Kokkinos Pirgos is just a few meters from the sea and sandy beach, offering breathtaking sea views. Positioned just behind the coastal road, this stone-built property consists of three houses, each with its own private swimming pool. This two-bedroom maisonette is perfect for up to 6 guests, offering a large open-plan kitchen and living area as an inviting space. The sliding glass door opens to a spacious terrace and private outdoor area with a swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, along with a dining table and chairs. The living area includes two comfortable couches, a smart TV, and a sofa bed for extra guests. The ground floor also features a guest toilet and a washing machine for added convenience. Upstairs, the two large bedrooms both feature Queen-size beds, built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a modern shower and toilet. The front bedroom offers a private balcony with beautiful sea and pool views, while the back bedroom’s balcony showcases mountain views. Outdoor Area providing a relaxing terrace with outdoor furniture an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the holiday atmosphere. The private swimming pool, measuring 30 square meters, is accompanied by comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxation. The Εnvironmental fee 15 euro per night from March to October and 4 euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately during your stay.
