It is a privilege to step out of your bedroom and your backyard and take a dip in the sea in front. Few houses offer you that. You can choose 4 beaches, all with sand, to which you can even go on foot. The house offers comfort and luxury, entering from the main entrance which is located on the upper road of the beach we find ourselves in a small open courtyard with greenery, opening the door in front of us we find a very large space in which the living, sitting and dinning space are located and two balcony doors that they lead out to the front porch - yard, in the living space there is the sofa bed. From the small groove at the entrance there is a second door on the left, entering is a small one WC in front of us a large kitchen fully equipped with two windows facing the back street, on our right the door to the living room. As soon as we enter the living room, to our right is a small hall with the bathroom in front very large with bathtub and washing machine on the left the master bedroom, very large with a double bed, wardrobes and a desk with a balcony opening onto the front yard to the right of the bathroom is the second bedroom with two single beds and two windows to the rear street. The paved front yard covers the entire facade of the house with a small garden and reeds in front so that passers-by cannot see the house. Immediately after the entrance to the right of the courtyard there is the shower and in the middle a large table with armchairs and an awning so you can enjoy your breakfast and rest almost all day on the left there are the stairs that lead up to the roof where you have an endless view of the sea and the whole area. All the furniture in the house is luxurious as the owner has his own factory where he manufactures furniture and made it for his own use.

My name is Antonis I am the manager of the house. I personally live permanently in Andros and am therefore easily reached by you while offering my service whenever needed. I am a friendly person and very sociable. I love people and I like to share my knowledge and my experiences with them. I will meet you at the entrance of the village Ormos Korthiou and we will go together to deliver the house. There is also the possibility of a fishing trip in my speed boat or for swimming on a magical beach without people. Also there is a Range Rover car available for rent if there is needed.
