Lotus Sea View Apartment is a stunning two bedroom 88 sq m apartment on the top floor of a house in the outskirts of Lixouri, Cephalonia. The apartment has an independent entrance, no common corridors or other common areas with other tenants. The apartment is offering a great sea view to the Argostoli gulf and an invigorating sunrise from the Agia Dinati Mountain on the east. The house is situated inside a 450 sq. m. property plenty of orange, lemon, vine and persimmon trees full of delicious fruits early autumn for guests to cherish at will. Indeed, that's the reward I am looking for! Furthermore, I'd like to focus on the local culture of Lixouri. I should say that my house respects the beautiful traditional architecture of the island. Moreover, the color of the external paint is characteristic to Kefalonia. Also, the trees around the building make part of the indigenous plant life. I believe it's important to do business showing cultural ethics, particularly as the Cephalonia culture inspires admiration and respect.

The property is nested in a quite green area, still within the town plan of Lixouri. The distance to the town center, the town square and the port is hardly 1,5 km. Also, there are plenty of parking spaces on the side street.The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a sofa-bed in the living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine inside. The apartment has a big balcony giving to the east and two smaller balconies giving to the south.The property is surrounded by a traditional stone fence. It is less than 3km away from the Agios Antonios Municipal stadium which is a good place for jogging, open any time. Every beach and sightseeing site of the wonderful Paliki peninsula is a few kilometers away. Also, the property is in an advantageous location for day trips to other parts of the island of Cephalonia.
