The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Vouliagmeni next to the beach. All amenities are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to the entire apartment: -A large room with a queen-size bed -A large room with 2 single beds. -A spacious living room with a sofa overlooking the Bay of Vouliagmeni, a large dining table for 6 people, and a TV area (Netflix) -A huge balcony with a wonderful view and sunset. We provide private parking. The apartment has an elevator, a security door and an alarm system. We provide ample storage space for your personal belongings.

Vouliagmeni is a suburb in the south of Athens, which is 17 kilometers from the center of Athens. It is built on the Saronic coast. It is the only truly green suburb on the Saronic coast. Surrounded by pine-covered hills ending in wonderful sandy beaches and clear sea, it is a source of life and recreation for residents and visitors. The beaches of Vouliagmeni, which extend along the long and lacy coastal zone where the settlement spreads, have consistently maintained Blue Flags for many years, due to the excellent quality of the water and the high level of their infrastructure. At 750m from the apartment is the wonderful Beach of Vouliagmeni. Very close to the apartment you can also find Lake Vouliagmeni (1.1km) Around the promenade are clustered seafood tavernas, gourmet restaurants and neat cocktail bars open late into the night.
