This beautiful apartment of 135 sqm is located on the 4th floor of a nice building with a magnificent view, very close to the beach of Voula. The apartment has recently been renovated with all the modern facilities, it features 2 cosy modern and vintage furnished living rooms, with a designated dining table and a piano for a relaxing atmosphere. There are also 3 spacious bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms and a large kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment for an ultimate cooking experience. The property offers all modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, a garden with a table tennis, a gym and a pool (which is open from 1st of May until 30th of October every year) are also some of the extra features that our guests can enjoy whenever you want. A variety of choices in any shops, such as restaurants, bakeries can be found within a walking distance at Voula’s Square. A very advantageous location, for a very comfortable and rewarding stay. We prioritize your health and your maximum safety, we disinfect the space regularly and especially prior to any guest arrivals, we have all the necessary tools such as masks, gloves and antiseptics in order to make you feel safe in your stay.
I am a very welcoming, friendly, communicative and polite host, I am trying to do my best for my guests in order to be satisfied with their stay. I will provide the best tips for a Greek experience as a local, good tips for nice restaurants, bakeries and shops around the area. I can also arrange for you a car rental as well as tour guides around the city of Athens in the most magnificent monuments of Greece. I hope you experience will be unforgettable!
It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood in the area of Voula, a unique suburban city of Athens. Within walking distance, there is Voula Square that offers all the needs from restaurants to pharmacies and supermarkets! Within also a ten minute walk, the guests can reach a very beautiful and organized beach, especially during the summertime, but also for a peaceful walk with the endless view of the sea. For all seasons, the nearby city of Glyfada is an ideal place for a relaxing coffee as well as shopping, which can be reached easily by any transportation service!
