Modiano Studio II is a renovated, cozy and comfortable studio. At Modiano Studio II you will find everything you need to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is fully equipped with new electrical appliances, kitchen utensils and oven. In our kitchen you will always find a welcome as well as espresso capsules and filter coffee. Free laundry is provided. The house has Smart Tv with Netflix and free WiFi. There is a closet in the room while in the bathroom you can enjoy a warm bath in our glass shower. For heating or cooling there is an Inverter air conditioner, latest technology
