Property info

Residence of 135 sq.m. part of Musa complex , a stunning property set on a hillside in the area of Punda, Aprovatou. With its prime location,"Musa" offers a front-row seat to the natural spectacle of the Aegean sea & and the color palette of the sun setting over the horizon. An ever-changing masterpiece that unfolds right before your eyes. Located on first floor consists of a spacious and airy interior which can accommodate up to six guests. Large veranda with stunning sea views. The residence comprises a generous and social kitchen/diner/lounge which has a large sofa & dining table to seat up to six. Bright and airy while sea view can be admired from the large windows while siting inside. Access to the veranda where there is an outdoor dining table for six and a couple of wooden sun loungers. Free WiFi is available. The kitchen area includes a washing machine, electric hob with electric oven, fridge with freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine , kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample wardrobe , window and access to veranda with stunning sea views. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed with wardrobe and windows. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with wardrobe and windows. Tiled bathroom with shower and one smaller wc.

Neighborhood info

The residence has its own parking space inside the plot. The village road is passing just outside the house and the central road is 850 meters far. The village road is a dirt road for 600 meters. The rest 250 meters are on tarmac road. The location is called Pounda in the village of Aprovatou. The area is very quiet and sparsely populated but yet only 6 klm far from the most vibrant part of Andros, Batsi, where there is a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, shops and mainly crazy night life with bars staying open till the dawn. The distance from the port of Andros, Gavrio is 14 klm. The distance from the elegant and cultural capital, Chora is 21 klm and only 25 minutes away. The nearest beach is the central beach of Batsi in 6klm (10 minutes) and Kolona Beach bar in 8 klm. Within a distance of 10-12 klm (15 minutes) you may visit magnificent beaches all organized with umbrellas sunbeds and beach bars. The most known are: Chrysi Akti, Agios Petros, Kypri, Chalkolimnionas, Apothikes.
