This spacious and stylish apartment has been totally refurbished in June 2018. The modernly furnitured and sun-lighted space generate a great homey feeling. The flat enjoys great sea views, even from its living room and bedroom as it stands on the second floor and its balcony is a great place to enjoy your coffee or book reading while staring the ocean or the exhilarating sunset and feeling the Aegean breeze. It is an excellent choice for couples and families alike as it is fully air-conditioned and has free WiFi, a washing machine and all necessary amenities. The building is equipped with an elevator and is very clean and quiet while walls are soundproof. The apartment has a free and secured designated parking spot.

Nea Makri Beach Apartment is situated in the heart of Nea Makri, a seaside residential area in the eastern part of Attica, just 30 minutes from Athens International Airport by car. The apartment is directly in front (20 meters) of Nea Makri beach and enjoys great views of the Marathon bay. The area, being filled with vacation homes, beaches as well as luxurious hotels, is one of the most beautiful in Attica, while being very safe and friendly at all times. Many nice restaurants, seafood and Greek food taverns, cafeterias and bars are located just 100 meters from the apartment. The nearby sandy beaches boast of beautiful, clean waters and the scenery is fantastic. The area offers bike and water sport rentals and is walking and jogging friendly. Many natural, cultural and archaeological nearby sites will offer you the attractions you are looking for. Downtown Athens is just 45 minutes by car and Marathon Archaeological Museum is 10 minutes. The apartment is just 18 km from Athens International Airport and 8 km from Rafina port where you can start your trip to the islands of Cyclades. You will definitely want to visit this area again in the future.
