Centrally located. Walking distance to Acropolis (7 minutes) and Metro Station (3 minutes). Renovated 55 sqm 2 rooms apartment in center of the trendy neighborhood of koukaki Athens . 500 meters from Acropolis 100 meter from Fix metro station which allow convenient access to the Airport as well as all other parts of the city. 30 meters from the pedestrian full of restaurants and bars all around. The apartment is on the first floor with elevator very airy with a lot of light fully equipped. Its consist on one bedroom with double bed , leaving room with comfortable sofa which opens up to double beds , 55” tv and entrance designed for your conviniant to operate as an office including internet. Balcony facing the front which you can seat and enjoy , Full equipped kitchen with large table for 4 people and also back balcony . Bathroom with toilet shower washer and separate drawer for your convenient. Additional toilet is available also.

Vibrant with 2 pedestrian walks full of bars, cafes, restaurant and supermarkets.
