Please notice it's not a whole flat! I also live here in my own bedroom. And maybe also other guests. Three bedrooms all next to each other. This room the bed is 1.6×2 a very big and expensive comfort double bed. We share the kitchen, the living room and dinning room, the bathroom and the balcony. The room is private has door and lock (you can lock inside also outside). The bathtub is not big and maybe the height is not suitable for the elderly. If it's ok for you with all above very welcome It's cozy like at home.You will have a big private room. You have kitchen, living room, dinning room and balcony. It is a 100 square meters' flat very spacious bright and airy. This room has big closet. You can cook simply breakfast or lunch. And if you booked more than two days you can do one laundry. No TV but a projector can show a movie with bigger screen like in cinema. So it's relaxing and cozy l love my home. haha The location is Southern of Athens 3km easy to go to the beach and 4km to Acropoli. Bus station 150 meters. Metro station 1.3 Km. For airport can take metro or airport bus. For Piraeus Port to take the ferry less than 20 minutes by car.

The location is in AGIOS DIMITRIOS middle of city center and Southern sea of Athens. A well known safe place in Athens you can ask any native Greek people. If you don't want any risk unsafe in city center come here. 3km to beach and 4km to Acropoli. Bus station 150 meters. Metro station 1.3 Km. For airport can take metro or airport bus. For Piraeus Port to take the ferry less than 20 minutes by car. It is a really quiet and safe local people neighborhood. Nearby has supermarket and shops.
