On the ground floor (70m2) there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a large bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size double bed (160*200) built of stone and the other has two iron crafted beds (90*200). By climbing a typical wooden staircase you arrive in a splendid room of 70m2 called "averto" (from the Italian ‘’aperto’’ which means open) where the captains used to repair the sails of their boats. There you will find a second dining table, a sofa corner with television, a second sofa corner around the fireplace and a large balcony with panoramic views of Galaxidi, the sea, the forest and Mount Parnassus. Attached there is a second building which communicates with the main house through the kitchen. It is almost independent since it has a separate entrance from the garden. In this 40m2 apartment you will find the third bedroom (master) with a king size stone double bed (180x200) and a large bathroom. The house was renovated in 2022 respecting its original traditional architecture, while ensuring the comfort of modern times. All mattresses are new, purchased in 2022. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms for the hot summer months, but also for heating in winter and fan heaters for the bathrooms. Finally the garden (400m2) filled with aromatic plants, fruit trees and flowers, will surely become one of your favorite corners. In this house we spent as children and adults unforgettable moments of joy and happiness.
