Ιn a quiet district, with private parking, on the top of the building, this sun-drenched apartment is ideal for a comfortable and carefree stay. Lots of space to relax, balcony with retractable awnings accessible from every room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker), TVs in each bedroom, a smart TV (incl. streaming service) in the living room. Air Condition in the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms. A solar collector for warm water (no carbon emissions)! Autonomous noiseless electric storage heaters in each room. Air heater in the bathroom. 2 king size beds ca. 160 Χ 200 cm (63 X 79 in) with high-quality mattresses. 1 foldable single bed 80 X 190 cm (31.5 X 75 in) on wheels that can be easily moved between the rooms. 3 couches: 2 at 72 X 185 cm (28 X 73 in) & 1 at 75 X 200 cm (29.5 X 79 in). A Porta Crib for babies. Wardrobe in each bedroom. Reasonable distance to main arterial roads. Pretty close to the city bus stop that goes straight to the University/University Hospital.
