The vacation rental is situated on a hill in a lovely residential area with a countryside flair. Enjoy the fantastic sea view, from the entire holiday home and huge garden. The villa is a ground floor unit of 130 sq. with easy access to the large garden from all rooms. It consists of a spacious living area of 75 sq. and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The space of the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen is bright. It allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. An air-conditioning unit and wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season. Wireless internet access is provided. The holiday house offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It features also a spacious bathroom with bath and washing machine. The second bathroom with shower will secure your comfort. The 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes, window doors and a full length mirror. Master bedroom offers air-condition and sea view. Other 2 bedrooms feature fans.

The villa is located on a hill in the urban peaceful area of "Kastelakia". Enjoy the Cretan outdoor lifestyle during your stay as the huge garden offers a tranquil spot surrounded by green and blue colors, from just one step from the living room. Sense the real feeling of freedom as you step into the garden from the large balcony windows and you will feel the sea breeze. A sunny garden of 1500 sq. allows you to lay back on the sun recliners, rest in a shaded hammock settled under a huge tree, listen to the birds, fully relax in a quiet and private surrounding and enjoy the scenery towards the sea. The entire plot is fenced and you find private car parking spots behind the entrance gate. The distance to the sandy beach and sea is 900 meters at the suburb called "Perivolia". At the beach promenade you find many shops of all kind, taverns and cafes. You can reach the old town center of Rethymno with a drive of 3 km.
