Spacious, freshly renovated villa that can easily accommodate two families. It is a 120 square meter house divided in two parts, with four bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms and two separate entrances. Spacious private backyard is available for all kinds of activities: grilling, sports, playing or just basking in the sun in a comfortable hammock. A cozy sitting area in the shade of graps is nice for morning coffee or evening wine. Also it gives you an opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. Private parking exactly next to the house, in the same premises allows you safe parking at any time. An area 8 times 3 meters can fit two cars normal size.

Villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from traffic and touristic fuss, but only few minutes walk away from the promenade along the beach. There you can find a large variety of cafes, taverns, souvenir shops and markets. Skala Potamia has a sand beach with shallow water and most of the time has no waves, which makes it perfect for small kids. On the main road (via island), few minutes walk from the house, you can find bakery shops and markets for your daily needs. In case you need a medical care there is a medical center on the main crossroad in Skala Potamia. The closest pharmacy is in the Potamia village, 2 km from the house. On the promenade there is a taxi station, as well as the bus station on the main crossroad of Skala Potamia. If you are traveling by car, main road via Thassos island will take you to countless beaches and many other places to see. On the promenade you can find kiosks which offer boat trips, a whole day experience from a different perspective.
