The property is a flat on the third floor of a family building, 115 sq.m. There is no elevator, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, unified living and dinning room, 1 bathroom, a w.c and a huge veranda with a great view. The property is a flat with a modern design, wood and glass elements, vintage decoration, a beer glass collection, but still warm, friendly and easy to live in. In the apartment there is central air conditioning (cooling-heating) in all rooms. Also in winter there is central heating with radiators. During check-in, you will be asked to provide a passport (or ID if you are from the European Union) and fill out a form with these details for tax purposes. For Greek visitors the VAT number will be requested. - Use of the fireplace is not allowed. - You are requested not use or move vintage objects (collection of cameras, antique television, collection of beer glasses, etc.). - Furniture can not be moved to another location.
For everything you need, I am 24 hours a day on call. The keys will be deliverd upon arrival and I will personally explain to you everything you need to know for the apartment. It would be useful to clarify that I will live in the same building but in another apartment.
It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly people! Close by is a Bank, ATM, gas station, food and snack shops, restaurants, a mini-market, and a bit further away a large shopping center. The beach is located about 3 km away, easily accessible in 5-10 minutes by car or bus. At 3 km from the apartment is the entrance to the Glyfada Golf course ”Konstantinos Karamanlis”. The house is very close to public transportation, including both metro and bus lines to the city center, beach and airport. At 700 meters is the terminal metro station (red line) and the bus terminal to the airport. There is also a taxi rank and bus stops to Glyfada, Piraeus and downtown Athens. Travel time by metro to the center of Athens (Acropolis, etc) is only 15 minutes. Bus route X97: Athens Airport to Elliniko. The airport bus station is located between Exits 4 and 5 at the arrivals level. Taxi service with Meet & Greet is available for all guests for a fee and should be requested in advance.
