An excellent destination in a fully equipped detached house that provides you with the tranquility you need on your vacation and is located 500 meters from the beach and a short distance from the center of Varkiza and the cosmopolitan life of Glyfada . Ideal destination for both families and groups of friends as well as business trips. The space A two-storey detached house of 140 square meters with a garden. On the first level you will find a large living room with open plan dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large balcony overlooking the garden. With internal stairs you will be led to the second level where you will come across a room with a double bed, a room with a single bed and desk, a room - desk and a bathroom with a bathtub. The property has a large grass garden and an open parking space with a garage door.
The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. At a distance of 100m from the house you will find mini market, pharmacy, bakery, butcher and gas station. At a distance of 300 meters there is a supermarket. The accommodation is located 500 meters from the beach, 1 km away from the center of Varkiza (15 minutes walk), 20 minutes drive from the center of Glyfada where it has vivid nightlife.
