Recently extensively renovated, characterful, town house in a perfect spot in Skopelos Old Town. A short walk from everywhere but just far enough up the hillside to be able to enjoy peace and tranquility on the stunning roof Terrace with its 340-degree views over the Harbor and Town. The main living area boasts sea views from its balcony. The 3 bedrooms are characterful and in keeping with the history of the property. A little gem and the perfect base from which to explore the town and island! IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE: The last steps of the staircase leading to the sun terrace are a bit steep and small. Please be cautious while climbing up the stairs.
Hello! My name is Manolis Sofikitis. I come from Skopelos, where I grew up, and yes(!) I had a pretty amazing childhood growing up here! My family, my parents and siblings, are involved with tourism since I can remember! So even though, I got my degree as an Electrical Engineer from Chania, Crete, I decided to return to Skopelos and do what I always loved to, hosting people from all over the world and helping them get the best out of their vacations. I try to spend as much time as possible in Skopelos countryside, mountains and beaches and to explore the abundant hidden surprises of nature. Either by bicycle, by foot, by boat or even by car there are so many amazing places to discover around the island. I like listening and playing music. I am experimenting with piano, trumpet and mpouzouki (the most popular traditional Greek music instrument), and lucky me (and you!) we have a long tradition of Rembetiko (folklore Greek) music in Skopelos, which you can enjoy in many taverns and in lots of genres.
